William Krames, President and CEO Before assuming the presidency of Santa Fe Rubber in 1987, Mr. Krames was Vice President of FURON's $60 million Rubber Group. With over fifty years of extensive experience in the rubber industry, he has provided strong leadership and direction to the company over the last 26 years. Mr. Krames holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Michael Peterman, Vice President - General Manager Mr. Peterman joined the company in 1999 as its manager of business development and for the past several years has served as general manager. He has several years of executive management experience in strategic planning and developing performance-based organizations. Combined with an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, Mr. Peterman's background complements the skill-base of the management team.

Kimberly Carter, Vice President - Administration Kim joined Santa Fe Rubber in 1986 and has performed duties in all administrative functions including customer service, payroll and finance during her tenure with the company. She is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and analysis of the company's financial results and coordinates management compliance with company's policies, standards and regulations. Kim is a key member of the management staff and her contribution to the proper functioning of the company is significant.

Mr. Chang - Manager, Business Development Richard offers over 10 years of accomplished experience in a diverse sales and marketing industry. He brings valuable insight and knowledge regarding sales and marketing to the challenges faced by Santa Fe Rubber. Richard holds a BS degree from the University of California, Irvine.
